Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during periods of fast change and growth. Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive advantages. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven results and successful outcomes helped cultivate organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change to improve the performance of groups and companies. Annmarie, who has a commitment to helping Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time supporting other non-profit organizations.
